We hope you are satisfied with your shopECVC.com purchase! However, if you are not, we are happy to exchange your item or refund your money or card. All refunds or exchanges must be done within 7 days of purchase and have proof of purchase. Opened electronic items are subjected to manufacturer warranty only. Return Authorizations (RAs) are required for returns.
No refunds or exchanges on opened Toners. Items must be returned in the same packaging & condition they were shipped in.
